Returns & Exchange are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items. Items cannot be exchanged. Original item must be returned and new order placed. Please read the following instructions for details

• Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

• Check your item to make sure it is sent back (including the box) in its ORIGINAL CONDITION which means they should not have been DAMAGED, ALTERED or WASHED. We reserve the right to send back orders or charge customers for any damaged items we receive.

• In the case of shipping damages please contact our customer service before item is returned.

• Any parcel that has not been received by banshop.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper
